Sample ACS Certificate of Attainment Portfolio The Membership Liaison Committee has provided a sample portfolio which was successfully submitted to the Association of Clinical Scientists (ACS) and was granted the ACS Certificate of Attainment  for registration with the Health Professions Council (HPC).
